Business Planning

Strategic Plan Implementation

We coordinate the ongoing implementation and reporting of our 2023-2034 Strategic Plan.

Strategic Plan – This is our 12-year overarching guide for the whole organization. Familiarize yourself with the 4 Strategic Pillars and 16 Outcomes in particular.

• Business Unit Alignment Chart  – Cross reference how your business unit  aligns with the Strategic Plan Pillars and Outcomes.

Playbook – This is our living implementation plan. It operationalizes our 12-year plan into shorter, 4-year phases.

Financial Planning and Reporting

• Create and manage 1, 4 and 10-year municipal budgets and satisfy reporting requirements
• Facilitate the unfunded priority projects
• Co-ordinate the production of TRCA Annual Reports and Impact Reports
• Manage the Business Intelligence Tool (i.e.,CPR) with maintenance support from ITRM
