Performance Development Program – Reminder Mid-Year Timelines

Good morning TRCA Staff,

As we move into the month of June, we wanted to remind everyone of key information and dates to ensure a successful and smooth mid-year review process.

Mid-Year Timelines

  • By June 17, 2022, you should:
    • Review objectives that were set for 2022.
    • Review development plan goals.
    • Update your progress on your objectives as well as your assigned competencies in Ceridian Dayforce Performance module. Remember you can refer to the Adding Progress Comments Tip Sheet to quickly refresh yourself on how to add comments to your objectives and competencies in Ceridian Dayforce.
    • Update your progress on your development plan goals in Ceridian Dayforce Performance module.
    • Submit your mid-year review to your supervisor in Ceridian Dayforce.

 

  • By July 15, 2022, you and your supervisor should:
    • Complete your Mid-Year Review conversations with a completion date no later than July 15, 2022.

 

Submitting your Mid-year Review:

  • Once you have added your comments to your mid-year review, you must submit your comments to your supervisor. In Ceridian select ‘preview’ at the bottom of your mid-year review page and select ‘submit’.
  • The status of your mid-year review in Ceridian should change from Self-Review to Manager Review.

Finalizing the Mid-year Review:

  • Following your mid-year review conversation with your supervisor, your supervisor will finalize their comments in Ceridian Dayforce and the mid-year review will be returned to you for your signature (online acknowledgement).
  • You will receive an email notification requesting you to acknowledge the completed mid-year review.
  • To complete your signature (online acknowledgement), scroll to the bottom of your mid-year review form, click the ‘I agree’ box and add your comments in the ‘comments field’, finishing off by ‘complete review’.
  • The status of the review should change from Employee Signature to Manager Signature.
  • Your supervisor will complete their signature (online acknowledgement). The status of the review will change from Manager Signature to Completed.
  • You will receive an email notification that the mid-year review process has been completed.
  • This completes the Mid-Year Review Process.
