Reminder: Annual Code of Conduct Affirmation

Good morning TRCA Staff,

TRCA’s Code of Conduct has been updated to reflect best practices from other public sector organizations, our observations and insights from situations we have come across at TRCA and valuable input received from staff and stakeholders. It provides all employees with clear guidance on the practices, standards and responsibilities of conduct. The Code of Conduct is the roadmap to help us ensure that at all times we are true to our mission, vision and to our core values of integrity, collaboration, accountability, respect, and excellence.

 All TRCA employees are required to read and agree to comply with the Code of Conduct by affirming compliance an annual basis.

We are pleased to launch TRCA’s Code of Conduct annual affirmation via our Learning Management System (LMS) in Ceridian Dayforce. Following your review of the Code, you are to complete an ‘affirmation test.’ By completing the ‘affirmation test’ you are acknowledging you have read, understand and agree to comply with the Code of Conduct, and you acknowledge you are not aware of any violation(s) of the Code.

ALL employees will receive an email notification indicating the launch of the course from notify@dayforce.com.

How to Launch the Training in LMS:

The email notification will include a link to launch the training. Please ensure that your preferred browser is set to Chrome or Firefox, so that the training successfully launches. If you would like to use Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer, please ensure that it is the most recent version of the browser.

After initially accessing the course through the notify@dayforce.com link, you will find the course under “My Courses and Learning Plans” in Ceridian Dayforce. Also attached and available on the StaffHub is a tip sheet on how to navigate through the Code of Conduct course.
