Mobile EMM Enrollment

All corporate devices for communication purposes used by one or more staff as well as personal-owned devices that access TRCA information (e.g. Outlook, Teams, etc.) must be enrolled into the Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) platform. Personal devices accessing TRCA resources that are not enrolled will lose access and corporate devices may have their mobile accounts suspended. Please see below for further information and detailed instructions.

Corporate Devices

Personal-Owned Devices

Upon successful enrollment, EMM will automatically install the Office 365 Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc. Additional approved apps can be found in the “App Catalog” for Android or “Catalog” for iOS.  

  • For Android devices, the EMM creates a Work space with “App Catalog” 
    • Files in this Work space cannot be accessed from Personal space 
    • The EMM can only manage this Work space, not Personal space 
    • When EMM is un-enrolled, only the Work space is deleted 
  • For iOS devices, the EMM will be loaded on the regular space with “Catalog” 
    • The EMM can only manage the apps installed from the Catalog 
    • When the EMM is un-enrolled, only the apps installed from Catalog are deleted. If the apps in the catalog were already installed from personal app store, these apps will remain as is except for the Office 365 apps

      • OneDrive 
      • Word 
      • Excel 
      • PowerPoint 
      • SharePoint 
      • OneNote

  • Reporting of Lost Device
  • Hardware Issues/Warranty
  • Cellular Signal Reception Issues
