Staff Feature – The Resource Management Projects Team
August 25, 2020
Since January 2020, the Resource Management Projects (RMP) team has been hard at work performing work across the TRCA’s large jurisdiction. Split into two groups, the team primarily performs work at TRCA’s multiple construction sites and conservation lands. This work includes the creation of trails and trail networks, property and trail maintenance, and the replacement of dilapidated structures for public safety. On the site level, these projects often include restoration, habitat and drainage improvements, the installation of significant engineered features such as bridges, boardwalks and retaining walls, as well as the manufacture of site furniture including kiosks, fences, seating and signage.
