Secure your Checkfront Account with Two Factor Authentication Task

Step 1: Download and install the Okta Verify App from either the Google Play or Apple App Store on your mobile device

Note: You can use the Okta Verify app interchangeably with Google Authenticator.

Step 2: Login to your Checkfront account from your computer and select the Profile dropdown by clicking on your name in the top right of the screen.

Step 3: Scroll down to the Account Settings section and click on the “Setup Two-Factor Auth” button.

Step 4: Open the Okta Verify app on your phone, click the plus symbol to add an account, select Other (not Organization) and scan the QR code that is presented by Checkfront on your computer. Enter the code displayed on your phone into the Code field to complete the setup.

Note: Going forward, when logging into Checkfront, after you enter your password you will be prompted to enter the code from the Okta Verify app on your phone.
