Performance Management Task

At TRCA we always believed in the importance of the performance review process, which is why we have developed a new Performance Management Process for all staff.
What’s different about this process is both the Manager and Employee will work together through out this process. There is also an opportunity for more feedback to be shared between a Manager and Employee.

Performance Management – Mid Year Review 2019 Guide

This template will provide a way for mangers and employees to identify projects, set goals, responsibilities and major tasks that can be monitored or adjusted throughout the year. It is a living and breathing document, where both the Supervisor and Employee will work together to discuss the progression of the Employee’s work for the year.
