Use this form to request Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or Linkedin posts on the TRCA corporate social media accounts. Please enter your request at least five business days in advance of the posting date when possible, two weeks advance notice is preferred. The Communications and Events team will review your request and inform you of its status within 3 business days of submission.

The main purpose of TRCA social media accounts is to tell the story of TRCA as an organization and the value provides to the communities we serve. We are looking for contributions from all divisions that will collectively tell the full story.

Posts must be relevant and of interest to a large audience. On Facebook and Instagram they should be particularly relevant to members of the public who are prospective and current customers, while the TRCA Twitter account has a broad audience including media contacts. Linkedin posts are most suited to professional audiences.

All requests are subject to availability and must be aligned with our corporate brand.
