TRCA Staff Outlook Profile Photos

Just a friendly reminder that many TRCA staff, as well as our partners and stakeholders, have commented that they find it helpful when staff include a picture of themselves in their emails. Putting faces to names creates familiarity by humanizing online interactions and helps to build open and productive working relationships.  Including your picture on your account also adds an increased level of verification in light of all the phishing attacks on organizations.

TRCA staff are encouraged to add a head shot photo to their Outlook profile if they are comfortable doing so.  This photo will be applied to emails and other Office 365 applications such as Chat and Teams. Keeping in mind the purpose of including pictures, we ask that only plain head shots be used.
