Technology Options for Working Remotely

To All Staff,
The purpose of this communication is to reiterate the various options that are available for working remotely using phone, teleconferencing and video conferencing communications.
Cellphones and Mitel phones should be used for one-on-one calling and small (5 or fewer) conference call. Each brand of cellphone will be slightly different in the usage so please contact the IT service desk for assistance. Information on how to use Mitel is posted on the StaffHub:
Microsoft Teams and GotoMeeting are available for conference calls and video conferencing. Microsoft Teams is the preferred choice for meetings that include only internal staff. GotoMeeting would be the best choice if you are including external individuals. Information on how to use these tools and some of their key features are posted on the StaffHub:
