Sun Life Group Benefits Systems Are Now Fully Operational

A further update from Sun Life regarding the group benefits systems outage:
We’re pleased to report that we’ve resolved the system issue that began on June 2. All claims benefits functions are now fully operational.
We are adding more members of our team over the weekend to support processing claims. This will ensure there is less disruption to plan members who may have been affected by this issue.
Thank you again for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience this issue caused you and your plan members.
