New LMS Course Offerings

Good morning TRCA Staff,

We are pleased to announce the release of new course offerings in TRCA’s Learning Management System:

• Panel Discussion: Navigating the Challenges of a Pandemic in Parks and Open Spaces: Past, Present and Future (February 22, 2022: 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.)
  • Presented by the Conservation Areas Workshop Planning Committee
  • Topics will relate to visitor management, programming and operations, policy and community engagement
• Lunch and Learn: Relaxation “Micro-Moments” and Winding Down Techniques (February 23, 2022: 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.)
  • Presented by our EAP provider ComPsych
  • Will cover how stress escalates through the day and leads to exhaustion and provides strategies for short moments of relaxation

The new courses can be found in the Course Catalog in the Learning Management System (LMS) in Ceridian Dayforce:

Please note that as per the Learning and Development Policy , supervisor approval is required prior to registering for courses in TRCA’s Course Catalog.
