Learning and Development Calendar

The Human Resources Team is pleased to announce the launch of our new Learning and Development Calendar. The purpose of the Learning and Development Calendar is to:

· Showcase the exceptional training being conducted across divisions and business units

· Consolidate all training opportunities in a centralized area

· Leverage internal training for professional development opportunities

· Promote and instill a culture of continuous learning at TRCA

The Learning and Development Calendar is housed on the Staff Hub under the HR home page on the right hand side of the page. The calendar will be updated on a monthly basis to reflect any changes in course offerings. This will be an interim solution as we work to launch our Learning Management System in Ceridian Dayforce where the Learning and Development Calendar will be housed on a long-term basis. The LMS in Ceridian Dayforce is anticipated to roll out at the end of Q3 to early Q4.
