Advanced Payroll Deadlines

Good morning,

Please note that due to the statutory holiday on Monday August 1, the regular payroll due dates have been advanced.

Pay period ending July 30:

• Employee Expense Claims (EECs) are due Monday July 25 (no changes)
• Personnel Transaction Forms (PTFs) are due Wednesday July 27 (no changes)
• Approved timesheets are due into Payroll by noon on Friday July 29 (advanced payroll deadline)
• Direct deposits will be made on Friday August 5.

To ensure that all timesheets are approved on time, please adhere to the following timesheet approval schedule:

• At the employee level: Wednesday July 27
• At the supervisor level: Thursday July 28
• At the manager level: Friday July 29 at noon
