2022 Objective Setting Deadline Reminder

Good morning TRCA Staff,

We have reached the first milestone in the 2022 Performance Development Program; we wanted to ensure that at this point:

• All eligible staff (as per section 2.01 of the Performance Development Policy) have entered and finalized their objectives and development goals in Ceridian Dayforce. The deadline to enter objectives and development goals was February 18, 2022.
• For those that have not yet completed, staff should work directly with their supervisors to ensure that this is completed as soon as possible.
