2021 Performance Development Program (PDP)- Final Steps

Happy New Year!
In order to close out and finalize the 2021 Performance Year, please take note of next steps:
- January 5th, 2022 – January 14th, 2022: Supervisors meet with employees to close out 2021 performance, share ratings and complete sign-off in Ceridian Dayforce.
- Both you and your supervisor will need to complete the sign-off in Ceridian Dayforce.
The Ceridian Dayforce Guide has been attached for your convenience, and outlines the steps required for final sign-off in Ceridian Dayforce.
2022 Performance Development Program
As we move into another Performance Development Year for 2022, we wanted to communicate important timelines and actions required. Here is a visual reminder of the Performance Development Cycle:
2022 PDP Objective Setting – Key Dates:
January 17, 2022 – January 21, 2022:

- Divisional priorities shared with employees.
January 24, 2022 – February 18, 2022:

- Objective setting and development discussions take place between supervisors and employees.
January 24, 2022:

- 2022 PDP template is released in Ceridian Dayforce.
- Commencement of objective setting in Ceridian Dayforce, following objective setting discussions between supervisors and employees.
February 18, 2022:

- All required employees have 2022 objectives and development plans entered and finalized in Ceridian Dayforce.
As a reminder, all resources related to the Performance Development Program are available on the Staff Hub to support the objective setting process.
