Dayforce is Now Available!

What you need to know:

  • Dayforce gives you the ability to view your HR, payroll and benefits information 24-7 from any device with an internet connection.
  • TRCA’s pay date will change from every other Thursday to every other Friday, starting with the first pay for 2019. The first Friday pay date will be January 11, 2019.
  • All staff need to log into Dayforce between December 24, 2018 and January 3, 2019 to complete their first time sheet.
  • All supervisors and managers need to approve timesheets by Friday January 4, 2019.
  • StarGarden access will no longer be available to staff after December 24, 2018.
  • Please download your historical pay advices from StarGarden, if needed.

What you need to do:

  • Attend an information session. Be sure to register and attend a Lunch and Learn information session between October 22 and November 7.
  • Login to the Staff Hub between December 24, 2018 to January 2, 2019 to verify your account information.
  • Download the Ceridian Dayforce App for Android and iOS devices in December (optional) to prepare for mobile phone use of the app.
  • Find out who your Division’s Dayforce champions are. List will be made available on the Hub by October 19, 2018. See the lists below:
