Procurement Policy
TRCA’s Procurement Policy was approved by the Board of Directors on October 26, 2018 and came into effect on January 1, 2019.
Staff authorized to purchase on behalf of TRCA must do so in compliance with the 2019 Policy.
The Policy incorporates best practices and ensures compliance with Federal and Provincial procurement guidelines and the Broader Public Sector Procurement Directive. It also ensures that procurement is conducted in a fair, open, and transparent manner, while obtaining the best value possible.
