Homemade Meals Are Back!

Lily’s homemade hot lunches are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for only $10.50 each!

The following are some of the favourites that will be added to the summer menu:

  • Falafel with goat cheese beet salad
  • Fish tacos and coleslaw
  • Roasted chicken breast and potatoes with Greek style salad
  • Butter-chicken with basmati rice and house salad
  • Veggie curry with paratha bread and house salad
  • Butternut and kale quesadilla and house salad

To help you plan your lunch (or take-out dinners), the menu will be posted on Lily’s white board in the Café a week in advance.

101 Exchange Meeting Catering Services

As we will again be open to the public and hosting meetings at 101 Exchange, Lily will be happy to provide catering services for your meetings, such as coffee service (coffee, muffins, cookies, loafs) sandwich platters, and salads. Catering services will require 72 hours advance notice.

Continental-Style Menu: Available Daily

The following continental-style menu will be available daily, with these delicious options:

  • Assortment of freshly baked muffins and cookies: $2/each
  • Assortment of bagels: $2/each
  • Assortment of bagels with cream cheese: $2.75/each
  • Assortment of bagels with cheddar cheese: $3.25/each
  • Single serving size peanut butter, jam, and honey: $0.50/each
  • Lily’s famous gourmet sandwiches, made fresh, packaged, and available while quantities last: $7.25-$8.25/each

  • Freshly brewed organic fair-trade coffee: $1.50/cup
  • Assortment of Tea: $1.50/each
  • Hot chocolate: $2/each
  • Assortment of bottled juice and soft drinks: $2-$3/each
  • New: An assortment of Keurig specialty coffees including Starbucks, and Tim Horton’s brands: $2.95/each
  • Variety of pre-packaged snacks, including:
    • Hummus and crackers snack pack: $2.50/each
    • Peanut snack pack: $2.00/each
    • Potato Chips snack pack: $1.75/each

The Café continues to accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit and cash payments.

Daily Gourmet Sandwiches* Available at the Café

  • Smoked Turkey with Provolone cheese, sundried tomatoes, lettuce, tomato slices, salt, pepper, and pesto- mayonnaise sauce: $8.25/each
  • Roast Beef with aged Cheddar cheese, caramelized onion, lettuce, tomato slices, salt, pepper, and horseradish aioli spread: $8.25/each
  • Ham with Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato slices, salt, pepper, and maple mustard: $8.25/each
  • Grilled Vegetable lightly tossed in canola oil with zucchini, eggplant, roasted red peppers, onion, goat-cheese, salt, pepper, and pesto-mayonnaise spread: $7.50/each
  • Tuna Salad with caper berries, lettuce, celery, onions, red peppers, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise: $7.25/each
  • Egg Salad with celery, onions, red peppers, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise: $7.25/each
