Each year, the Communications, Marketing and Events business unit will work with your team to identify major communications projects, programs, and activities requiring support.
- Complete a Print and Graphic Design Request form for all print projects.
- For projects that are new or additional to the annual plan, contact the print project manager early in your planning and submit a new Print and Graphic Design Request form.
- You will receive notification within two business days that your project has been added to the queue and assigned to a designer.
- Your print project manager may require further information about the project. If that is not necessary, you will receive the first draft of your project within the provided timeframe for approval or feedback/edits.
- The print project manager will, if necessary, send a revised second draft for review and approval. Please note that designer time for every project will be allocated to allow for two drafts. Any further edits or revisions will exceed the scope of work and may delay the completion of your project.
- Once approved, the project design files will be prepared for printing and sent to the printer.
IMPORTANT: During periods when requested workload exceeds internal capacity, Communications, Marketing and Events may be required to outsource projects to approved external designers at a cost depending on the availability/workload of in-house resources and project lead time.
Communications, Marketing and Events will retain design files as required should they be suitable for future revision and use.
