Communications, Marketing and Events offers the following print marketing services:
- Consultation
- Assessment of print options (e.g. flyer vs bookmark, paper types), content elements, and whether print is the best option for achieving stated goals
- Review of project budget and ways to control costs such as quantities, document size or shape, and distribution methods
- Review of partner materials to ensure consistency and proper TRCA brand representation
- Graphic design
- Print production
- Copywriting and editing
- Fillable PDFs and form design
- Advertising and media buying
Lead Time
All requests must be made by completing a Print and Design Request Form in the Corporate Communications Hub Space on the Staff Hub. You will be notified of receipt of your request within two business days and your project will be assigned to a designer depending on the complexity of the job, deadline, and clarity of information in the request.
Completion times may vary based on the complexity of the project, the volume of work in the queue, and the amount of time and labour required for print production (e.g. a poster may take very little time to print while a large bound book or large banners may take more time).
Lead Time Estimates – Please note, the chart below lists the minimum lead time required to complete common types of projects. Communications, Marketing and Events cannot guarantee that work will be completed within this time frame.
