Services
The Communications, Marketing and Events business unit offers the following services:
- Booking photographers/videographers (internal and external) for corporate and community events and other shooting opportunities
- Consultation for video services, including the development of storyboards, graphics, editing and distribution as needed
- Arranging external services for drone and aerial photography/videography
- Copywriting and editing
- Editing photos for publication
- Post-production video services including video editing, sound editing, text graphics and simple animation
Lead Time
All requests must be made through the Photography Request form or the Video Services Request form on the Staff Hub. You will be notified of receipt of your request within two business days.
Please allow for a minimum of three weeks advance notice for all photography/videography bookings during peak periods, as these services depend on availability.
Lead Time Estimates – Please note, the chart below lists the minimum lead time required to complete common types of projects. Communications, Marketing and Events cannot guarantee that work will be completed within this time frame.
