- Each year, the Communications, Marketing and Events business unit will work with your team to identify major marketing projects, programs, and activities requiring support.
- Complete an appropriate service request for all projects:
- For projects that are new or additional to the annual plan, contact the digital project manager early in your planning and submit a new project via the Digital Media Services Request form.
- You will receive notification within two business days that your project has been added to the queue and assigned to a digital team member.
- Your digital project manager may require further information or a meeting to discuss the project. If that is not necessary, you will be provided with a project schedule.
- Project updates and processes will be managed by the digital project manager.
- Once your project is staged, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback.
- Once the project is approved, Communications, Marketing and Events will launch it to production.
IMPORTANT: During periods when requested workload exceeds internal capacity, Communications, Marketing and Events may be required to outsource projects to approved external vendors at a cost depending on the availability/workload of in-house resources and project lead time.
