Flexible Work Arrangements Policy Updates

Good afternoon,

As reminder, please see the attached FWA memo and email that was sent on October 6, 2022. HR would like to clarify that the updated policy comes into effect on October 17. HR has created a new FWA form in Ceridian to align with the updated policy and it will be made available to all staff on October 14 at 4pm, with the intent that staff could start submitting their new forms to their supervisor in Ceridian first thing in the morning on October 17, 2022. You will not be able to access the FWA form in Ceridian until October 14 at 4pm, as the changes to this policy do not come into effect until October 17, 2022.

All staff should discuss the policy updates with their supervisor. If/when you reach an agreement with your supervisor on how many remote days you are able to work (if any), you can fill in the FWA Agreement (PDF document) and then submit the signed FWA Agreement (PDF document) through the “Forms” section in your Ceridian profile. Instructions on how to submit the FWA Agreement (PDF document) via Ceridian is also attached to this email.

Please keep in mind that you need to discuss the updated FWA policy with your supervisor and obtain approval from your supervisor before you are able to change your current remote workdays or to start utilizing the remote workdays outlined within updated FWA policy.
