Progress Made to Date |
NOVEMBER 2020:
- Staff has completed a review of TRCA’s existing benefits program and have completed a fulsome environmental scan of comparator organizations’ benefits programs. Costing and potential enhancements have been reviewed and recommendations have been drafted.
DECEMBER 2020:
- Benefit recommendations have been approved and benefit enhancements will commence effective January 1, 2021 (see attached memorandum).
