Microsoft Outlook Update – All systems GO !

The project team is hard at work preparing our systems to migrate our email and calendar from Lotus Notes to Microsoft Outlook, the project is progressing on track. At this point in the migration we want to provide everyone with a quick update. Over the next couple weeks we will be making adjustments to our Lotus and Outlook technology to enable the migration. We have a solid plan and have mitigated all known risks in the migration. Our technology systems are complex and there may be some minor user impacts over the next couple weeks.

We are not anticipating any issues at this point however, we did want to remind everyone that if you do encounter any issues please contact the ITM Service desk so we can triage and resolve. Our goal in the migration is to do no harm. We are prepared and we need your partnership to bring any issues to our attention.
