ITM Service Desk – January Results

Our new ITM Service desk was a huge success with 431 service requests opened and 347 delivered and closed. Thanks to everyone who completed the service survey. You have given our team a 4.9 out of 5 for satisfaction in service delivery. Our new service desk platform is not only working for you and your ITM requests, we have also designed new service desk solutions for a couple other teams to help them enhance their service delivery. Interest in service desks has become so popular we even added a new service request item to request a service desk. On February 14th we will add Lotus Notes support requests for those of you who are responsible for Notes applications and workflow.
Our new platform has given us some fantastic new tools. Here is one of the indicators I track daily, the breakdown of the types of requests in case you wondered what keeps the team busy.
