DES Service Desk – Now Available

The Development and Engineering Service Desk is now live and ready to use through the Quick Link on The DES Hub Space. You can also access the Service Desk by following link provided below:

The Development and Engineering Service Desk is available for Development and Engineering Services Division staff to use in order to request help or gain approval for the following categories:
Professional Development including Training, Workshop, Conference or Course requests and manager approvals.
Administrative Requests including meeting/event assistance, office supply ordering, assistance with employee expense forms or Dayforce.
Manager Requests including hiring assistance, assistance uploading board reports or running financial reports.
External Communication Approvals for the Director
Feedback or Suggestions to help improve processes in our Division (Confidential to The Director)
There is a presentation including demonstration on the DES Service Desk scheduled for Monday August 26th at 11:00 am in The Waterfront and Humber rooms. All Development and Engineering Services staff have been invited.
