Your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential, professional counselling and wellness service that is there to provide support for those times when a little extra help is needed.

The program provides access to counselors, a full suite of lifestyle and specialty services, plus a variety of online services.

You can trust your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to help you and your family find solutions for a wide range of life’s challenges.

TRCA has selected ComPsych® as your EAP provider. ComPsych® has been providing confidential EAP services to Canadian employees and their family members for over 30 years.

The program provides access to Masters-level GuidanceConsultantsSM and is available to all TRCA employees and their families as defined by TRCA’s benefits programs.

How to Get Started

  • When accessing the GuidanceResources® Website for the first time, you will need to register by using Company Web ID. TRCA’s Company Web ID: CAEAP.
  • You will be prompted to create a profile with a username and password.
  • ComPsych® GuidanceResources® online resources are available after registering for a username and password on their website.
