Event Registration and Calendar Submissions Task
The main TRCA events calendar brings together events from across TRCA. Some of these events may be published to additional calendars on other TRCA websites where appropriate.
If registration is required for your event, submit a request using the links below to complete a form and obtain a registration link. Please obtain the link prior to submitting your event to the calendar.

Instructions for submitting an event to the calendar:
- Go to https://events.trca.ca/ to submit an event to the calendars at trca.ca, kortright.org, tommythompsonpark.ca, themeadoway.ca, blackcreek.ca, or sustainabletechnologies.ca,
- Select “Sign In” and create a user login using your TRCA email address
- Once your new login has been approved by CME, sign in at https://events.trca.ca/
- Use the “+ ADD EVENT” button to submit an event to draft.
- When pasting text into the form, please paste it as plain text first, and then add any styling, such as bold, italics, and hyperlinks.
- CME staff will receive a notification to review and publish the event as soon as possible (no need to send a follow up email or message)
Events that can be posted to the TRCA calendar:
- A TRCA event
- An event that TRCA is a partner or sponsor
- An event on TRCA property that aligns with TRCA’s vision/mission
- Is defined as an event with a start and stop time.
Events that cannot be posted:
- An event that promotes a for-profit/commercial entity that is not affiliated with TRCA
- An event that solicits donations or fundraising that is not affiliated with the Toronto and Region Conservation Foundation
- Any event that is not open and inclusive to the broader public.
