Office 365 Training

In preparation for TRCA’s transition to Office365, Microsoft has provided TRCA Staff with access to an online learning portal called QuickHelp. For an introduction to Quickhelp, please watch the video below:

The initial email you receive from QuickHelp will outline some of the features and help guide you though the logging in process and help you  personalize the learning experience.

Starting with a 90 second survey, QuickHelp will determine what subject areas will be most beneficial to your role and help you:

• Begin a skill path
• Register to attend a live, instructor-led online training session
• Join a group
• Find answers to frequently asked questions

While this does not change how you access the existing Office365 services, such as OneDrive, QuickHelp will help prepare you for the transition to the additional services that will be available in the Office365 Suite.tool to help you prepare for all its potential features.
