Employee Engagement Survey

March 19, 2020

John MacKenzieI am pleased to announce that on April 2, TRCA will launch its 2020 Employee Engagement Survey. The renewed survey is seeking to obtain your feedback on our programs and services, culture, strategic direction and several other areas, that will guide continuous improvement.

On behalf of the Senior Leadership Team, I invite you to share your honest perspectives on TRCA’s current state. Your voice plays a significant role in determining how we invest in our employees and programs, and ultimately contributes to the overall success of TRCA. Your opinions are important to us, and we encourage all active employees to participate and share your opinions.

TRCA has partnered with McLean & Company, an independent Human Resources research firm, to administer our Employee Engagement Survey to gather your insights and feedback. On April 2, you will receive an e-mail from McLean & Company (survey@mcleanco.com) asking you to participate in the TRCA Employee Engagement Survey.

As a third-party provider, McLean & Company will ensure the confidentiality of your responses and maintain the objectivity of the process. McLean & Company only shares aggregate results of the survey. No TRCA staff member will have access to the raw data gathered by the survey, or to any individual responses.

The survey takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes to complete. I encourage you to take this opportunity to share your candid feedback about the organization. The Senior Leadership Team is committed to understanding and acting on your feedback in order to make TRCA an even better place to work.
