QuickHelp Service Transition

QuickHelp was discontinued as of December 15th, 2019 as TRCA moves to the Microsoft Office 365 Support Center for ongoing training and education for Office 365.
As you’ll recall, the QuickHelp online training service was provided to help staff become more familiar with the Office365 suite of products, upon migration from Lotus Notes. Thanks to the extensive training provided by the ITRM team and the abundance of resources available from Microsoft, TRCA no longer requires QuickHelp.
