Events Calendar

Requests for event listings and online registration pages can be submitted through the Event Calendar Submission Request Form on the Staff Hub. To administer registrations, Communications, Marketing and Events recommends the use of the Checkfront booking management platform for both paid and free events.

Communications, Marketing and Events also has an Eventbrite account that may be used in some instances. Registration managed by TRCA must use one of its corporate accounts.

Events that can be posted to the TRCA calendar:
  • A TRCA event
  • An event for which TRCA is a partner or sponsor
  • An event on TRCA property that aligns with TRCA’s vision or mission
Events that cannot be posted:
  • An event that promotes a for-profit or commercial enterprise that is not affiliated with TRCA
  • An event soliciting donations or fundraising that is not affiliated with TRCA
  • Any event that is not open and inclusive to the broader public

A high-quality image that is at least 1920px wide should be provided for all event listings, in addition to the date, time, location, event contact, and a compelling description.
