Communications, Marketing and Events Guide

As part of the Corporate Services division, Toronto and Region Conservation Authority’s (TRCA) Communications, Marketing and Events business unit is responsible for managing TRCA’s brand, and provides an array of services to the organization, including:

  • Communications, Marketing and Events Consultation
  • Print Media Marketing (including Graphic Design)
  • Digital Media Marketing
  • Media Relations
  • Photography and Video
  • Event Management

The Communications, Marketing and Events Guide serves two purposes:

  1. It sets out TRCA’s Business Communications standards and the essential elements of TRCA’s brand.
  2. It identifies the Communications, Marketing and Events business unit’s responsibilities, offerings, best practices, and standard operating procedures for all of the service areas listed above.

This guide is intended to help TRCA staff understand the importance of communicating in a way that consistently reflects our brand attributes.

It is also designed to enable TRCA business units to enhance their communications and community engagement efforts by effectively leveraging the professional expertise of the Communications, Marketing and Events team.
