Welcome to the Risk Management Dashboard for TRCA. Here you will find updates on the development of TRCA’s Risk Management Program as well as articles and tips on how we might improve our risk management practices at TRCA.

From time to time TRCA will also be looking for feedback from staff of all levels on the Risk Management Program and beyond. To this end, in the next few months, you will be seeing an expanded staff survey with some new questions addressing risks and opportunities facing our organization. Your participation in this survey will not only help identify strengths and weaknesses in the organization, but will also help identify priorities for us to focus on. Results of that survey will be posted here shortly thereafter.

To start the discussion and to set the stage for what we mean when we talk about “risk management”, we’ve put together a few articles on risk management principles. Subsequent articles will focus on a wide variety of risk management topics including risk management techniques, risk identification and beyond.
