Change your Profile image in Outlook Task

Step 1:

Login to the Outlook Web App by going to https://outlook.trca.ca/

Step 2:

Click on your profile photo / initials in the top right of the screen and select ‘My Office Profile’

Step 3:

You’ll see a camera icon just offset to the left of your profile image / initials, click this icon.

Step 4:

Upload a professional head shot that is a minimum of 512px by 512px or save and use the TRCA Logo icon below:

Note: You can right click the image and select to save the image to your computer.

Step 5:

Click save to finish updating your Profile image.
