TRCA Vision, Mission and Core Values

I am pleased to announce that after consultation with the Senior Management Team and Senior Leadership Team, we have updated TRCA’s Vision and Mission, as well as established Core Values.
TRCA’s Vision outlines where we are going and what we can achieve together with our partners. Our renewed Mission specifies our purpose and will guide daily operations and decisions. This renewed Mission, coupled with our Core Values, creates the basis of accountability and success across the organization.
Our Core Values are the principles and ideas that bind the organization together to help guide decision making while supporting adherence to our Code of Conduct and high professional standards.
TRCA’s Vision, Mission and Core Values will be posted in all TRCA offices as well as here on the Staff Hub. It is my expectation that all staff will read, understand and incorporate these Core Values into their daily work so that we can move forward together to achieve better customer service and successful outcomes.
