Performance Development Program- Reminder Year End Review

Good morning TRCA staff,

As the Year-End Review process is well underway, we wanted to remind everyone of the key information and dates to ensure a successful and smooth Year-End Process.

At this point, all employees requiring a Performance Development Plan, should be completing their year-end review comments self-ratings for both Objectives, and assigned Competencies. Sections on career and development planning in Ceridian need to be completed as well.

Comments, self-ratings and sections on career and development planning should be completed in Ceridian Dayforce by Oct 31st, 2022.

Submitting your Year-End Review:

  • Once you have added your comments, completed your self-ratings and sections on career and development planning to your year-end review, you must submit your form to your supervisor.
  • In Ceridian select “Preview” at the bottom of your year-end review page and select “Submit”.
  • The status of your year-end review in Ceridian should change from Self-Review to Manager Review.
