Performance Development Program- Reminder Year End Review Timeline

Good morning TRCA staff,

This Year-End Review will encapsulate and highlight your annual performance, success, opportunities and career and development planning.

Below are key dates and information you will need to know to move through the Year-End Review Process:

• Oct 11 – Oct 31^st – Employees to complete their PDP year-end review comments and self-review in Ceridian Dayforce.
• Oct 31^st – Nov 21^st– Managers conduct year end meetings with their employees to discuss year-end performance.
• Jan 3^rd – Employees will be able to view completed PDPs in Ceridian Dayforce.
• Jan 4 – Jan 13^th – Managers meet with their employees to close out 2022 performance, share ratings and complete sign-off in Ceridian.
