Performance Development Program- Year-End Timeline

Good morning TRCA staff,
As we approach the end of the year, it is time to start thinking about year-end performance review process as part of our Performance Development Program (PDP). The year-end review will encapsulate and highlight your annual objectives, competencies and career and development progression.
Below are key dates and information you will need to know to move as we approach the PDP year-end review:
- Oct 11 – Oct 31st – Employees to complete their PDP year-end review comments in Ceridian Dayforce.
- Oct 31st – Nov 21st– Managers conduct year end meetings with their employees to discuss year-end performance.
- Dec 9th – Managers complete their PDP year-end review comments in Ceridian Dayforce
- Jan 4 – Jan 13th – Managers meet with their employees to close out 2022 performance, share ratings and complete sign-off in Ceridian.
