New LMS Course Offering

Good afternoon TRCA Staff,

We are pleased to announce the release of a new course offering in TRCA’s Learning Management System. Courses can be found under Learning Management System (LMS) > Course Catalog:

• Lunch and Learn: MS Teams Phone (Sept 14 and 15, 2022: 12:00p.m – 1:00p.m.)

• This session will provide an overview including: desktop client, mobile, and conference phone.

The new course can be found in the Course Catalog in the Learning Management System (LMS) in Ceridian Dayforce:

Please note that as per the Learning and Development Policy , supervisor approval is required prior to registering for courses in TRCA’s Course Catalog.
