Pregnancy and Parental Leave Supplementary Top-up Program

On March 25, TRCA’s Human Resources team shared an update on the implementation of a supplemental pregnancy and parental leave top-up program (Pregnancy and parental Leave Supplemental Top-up Benefit Program Introduction – news (trcastaff.ca))
We are proud to announce that earlier today, TRCA’s Board of Directors approved TRCA’s 2022 budget, which is inclusive of the pregnancy and the pregnancy top-up program. The new supplemental top-up benefit takes effect June 6, 2022.
We once again want to take this opportunity to acknowledge our commitment to provide our employees with programs that support their overall well-being and success in the organization.
