Copier Install

To all TRCA staff,

The ITRM team has been working with Xerox to upgrade and rollout new copiers across the organization.

As staff return to the office, they will need to update the drivers on their computers to be able to print to these new printers. Please see the attached instructions on how to update the printer drivers.

These instructions might not work for all staff, please put in a Service Desk ticket here and the IT Operations team will assist you if you have any issues with installing the new Xerox copiers.

 NOTE: There are three copiers that are pending replacement – 1st floor south and 2nd floor south in head office, and Albion Hill Field Center location. Staff returning to Head Office and Albion Hills Field Center locations will still be able to print to the existing printers in the meantime.

We will send out another email to update staff once these copiers have been replaced.
