  • Presented by Environment and Climate Change Canada in collaboration with TRCA
  • Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) has completed a novel climate change vulnerability assessment of coastal wetlands and will share their findings from this assessment, along with adaptation strategies and possible implementation options to enhance coastal wetland resilience

Sustainable Technologies Applied at the Residential Level – Rain Ready Ottawa: The City’s residential rainwater management program for private property: April 21, 2022 (12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.)

  • The webinar will showcase how CVC characterized existing conditions for fish and wildlife passage at bridges and culverts across the Credit River Watershed.

Part II (of 3 part series): Level of Service, Valuation and Life-Cycle Costing for Natural Assets: Approaches and examples from CVC-led projects: May 5, 2022 (12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.)

  • Presented in collaboration with STEP, and Credit Valley Conservation (CVC)
  • This webinar builds on the previous webinar to  begin to assess level of service provided by natural assets, the monetary value of these services, and the costs of maintaining a sustainable level of service.

Assessing the Feasibility of Communal Green Stormwater Infrastructure on Private Property: May 19, 2022 (12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.)

  • Presented in collaboration with STEP, and Credit Valley Conservation (CVC)
  • The webinar will highlight lessons learned and resources that were created to help with the LID systems.
