2022 Performance Development Program(PDP): Timelines

Good morning TRCA Staff,

As we move into another Performance Development Year for 2022, we wanted to remind you of key process and timelines required for Phase 1 of the Performance Development Program (PDP).

Key Performance dates:

  • January 24,2022:
    • 2022 PDP template is released in Ceridian Dayforce and accessible to eligible employees (as per section 2.01 of the Performance Development Policy).
  • January 24, 2022 – February 18, 2022:
    • 2022 Objective setting discussions take place between supervisors and employees.
    • Commencement of entering objectives in Ceridian Dayforce, following objective setting discussions between supervisors and employees.
    • 2022 Development goals are created.

 

  • February 18, 2022:
    • 2022 objectives entered and finalized in Ceridian Dayforce.

Staff are required to have development goals populated in Ceridian and will be able to view them in the “Development Plans” tab in the Performance Module in Ceridian. In addition, development goals can be modified, if required, throughout the year with supervisor’s approval.

Please review the resource tip sheets attached to learn how to view and edit your development goals in Ceridian Dayforce. As a reminder, all resources related to the Performance Development Program are available on the Staff Hub to support the objective setting process.
