New Health & Safety Central Repository

The Health & Safety Team is pleased to announce the launch of our new Health and Safety Central Repository SharePoint Site. The Repository site will serve as TRCA’s central housing location for health and safety resources, inspections and audits, and organization wide health and safety tools.
On the Repository Site, you will find and have access to:
- Accessible links to TRCA’s health and safety policies
- TRCA’s emergency and incident planning page developed by the Risk Management Team
- Health and safety resources such as inspection checklists, toolbox talks, and incident/accident management forms
- Joint Health and Safety Committee members and Health and Safety Representative directories, location specific inspections, JHSC meeting minutes etc.
- Organization wide standard operating procedures, safe work practices, and job hazard analyses
- Health and Safety statistics
- Health and safety news that is shared by the Ministry of Labour, Training, and Skills Development and other health and safety organizations
The Repository Site will be managed by Human Resources who will work with business units across the organization to update documents and resources when there are changes to regulations, standards, or TRCA processes and completed inspections, checklists, amongst other forms of documentation.
A training video will be posted on the Repository Page to help guide staff on how to find site specific documents on the Repository page.
