Funding Opportunity – Community Planting and Stewardship Grants

The City of Toronto is investing in tree planting and stewardship on private land to help enhance and expand our urban forest and improve the health of the environment.

The Community Planting and Stewardship Grant supports partnerships and collaborations with homeowners, landowners, and non-profits to advance the City’s strategic canopy cover priorities. Details here.

Between $5,000 and $100,000 is available through this funding program, with a 50% match requirement. Grants of over $50,000 require consultation with an urban forestry officer in advance of application.

Please submit your Statement of Interest through the Grant Centre no later than June 18.
